The Malaga metro is one of the most efficient transportation options in the city, currently consisting of 2 lines that connect the most important points of Malaga. It has 17 stations, 12 of which are underground and 5 at street level, providing quick and convenient access for users. The underground stations are equipped with elevators, escalators, and conventional stairs to facilitate access for all passengers, including those with reduced mobility.
Both lines converge at El Perchel station, a major transportation hub where users can connect with the AVE, the Medium Distance, Regional, and Cercanías RENFE train networks, as well as have access to the Malaga intercity bus station.
